Fried Onions

Yummy, Yummy in my tummy.

These are so good and went so fast that there is no picture.  Maybe next time.

Onion, slice as many as you want very thinly
Flour
Baking Power
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Milk
Shortening

Melt shortening.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Dip onion slices in milk, then dredge in flour mixture.
Put in hot oil and fry.

Drain on paper towels.

Enjoy quickly....Yum!
