Another take on Philly Cheese Steaks

I've been away from blogging.  Working at a job I love but takes a lot of hours and energy.  We've still been cooking loads of delicious food and taking tons of pictures and sadly, that where it stopped.

I have been planning and prepping food for the week on Sundays. Charlie gets home before me so he puts everything together.  This came together in no time and we just used what we already had in the kitchen.  We brown ground beef every week to use in different meals.  Here's the take on this delicious and comforting sandwich.

1 pound ground beef, browned and crumbled
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 soft buns

Saute onions and green peppers in vegetable oil.  Add the ground meat.  Since I already had mine browned, it just needed to heat through.  When finished, load the bun top with cheese, it will melt on it's own.  And voila, dinner is ready!

Live, Laugh & Love!!
Life is too short for anything else.
