Just another Maniac Monday.  James is in bartender's school and Mom is learning a lot.  He is enjoying it and I am so happy that he has found something to be excited about.  It's not every mother's dream to have her child in a bar but he needs a way to pay for school.

Here's a recipe that he said I would like and ya know what....he was right!

Add 3/4 oz Brandy and 3/4 oz Kahlua to coffee mug.
Fill with coffee.
Top with whipped cream and Enjoy!

I can't wait for the weather to cool off so we can have these more often.

New Coffee Pot

It's time for a new coffee pot at our house.  This one leaks.  It's snazzy, has an espresso maker and everything but somewhere something isn't right. 

We've looked and looked and can't tell where it's coming from but every morning we have a full pot of coffee and water on the counter.  So it's finally time we start looking.

Do you love your coffee maker?  Does it make the perfect cup?  Please tell me about it so I can make a good decision and get the right one.
